Where is the Happiest Place on Earth?

I'm reading this book called "The Geography of Bliss" by Eric Weiner...

A very interesting read that keeps me occupied while commuting to work - and sets me thinking. Where am I happier? Hong Kong or Singapore? Well, I can't say I'm happier in Hong Kong, but neither can I say I'm happier in Singapore. Let's just say I'm happy (or unhappy) in different ways...

Is it possible to have the best of both world?
