We Live To Deliver!

As part of the orientation, I had a look at the station operation and had my check ride with a courier this morning... It's quite amazing to see the amount of effort put in early in the morning, be it to load/ unload/ sort the massive amount of packages and document to ensure our parcels get delivered timely and accurately... And am most impressed with the courier - friendly and always smiling... and he practically know all the customers along the route he serves!

Will have a chance to look at the gateway operation at the airport on Friday... Gotta be there at 5am... *gasp* but am looking forward to it!
