Leung Can Cook, So Can You!

In one of those "don't wanna eat dinner outside" mood... so dropped by the supermarket to picked up some stuff to cook a real simple meal today... the most idiot proof 炒三絲烏東...

Really simple... just need to open the can of 炒三絲, stir fry it and scoop away the excess oil, then throw in a packet of udon and fry everything for 3 minutes... and *ta da*, your 炒三絲烏東 is ready...

Busier at work these days... the workload is still ok but I guess I just tend to give myself too much pressure... wanting to do well and all...
