Eat, Drink and be Merry

Yesterday was the last working day before CNY and we had half day off. Everyone was in holiday mood so practically no work was done in the morning either. Late morning, my boss' 3 year old son Dennis came by so we had more reason not to work - just to entertain him.

Met Daisy who's in town to visit her sister in the afternoon. We didn't shop much but I'm simply amazed by how much we ate together.

Once we met up at Sogo, we went to 翠華 nearby for 茶餐廳 food. I had my fishcake hor fun while she had her satay beef maggi mee. Plus vegetable. Then she came over to my place in Telford Gardens to luah... Look, doesn't she look comfortable on my bed?

She brought me pineapple tarts from sg! How nice!

After that, quick walk around Telford Plaza before heading back to Causeway Bay, where the makan manic really started. Then we had her favourite streetside fishball and I brought her to 滿屋 for dessert. After that she said she got sudden craving for 雞蛋仔 so we went to get some. Then we made a round at Times Square before meet her family at 小肥羊 for steamboat dinner.

So bloated at the end of the day that I'm not gonna eat anything until dinner time today.

This evening some Singaporean and Thai friends working here will be coming over to my place to have our own reunion dinner. And guess what? We are going to have steamboat - again!
